Our recommended sukiyaki course uses sirloin as the meat.Since it is used with the fat removed, it has a flavor that is easy to eat without being too strong.We are also proud of our sweet homemade warishita and carefully selected electronic eggs purchased from Higashi Poultry Farm.At Higashi Poultry Farm, we are particular about not using any medicines or additives in our chicken, and the chicken has a nostalgic taste and richness.
